摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、管理实践法等,运用政治学理论、管理学理论、公共服务理论等,通过分析体育公共服务从"一元治理"到"多元治理"的转变过程,明确体育公共服务与善治的关系,阐述"多元共建"的必要性,进一步理清政府、市场、社团之间的关系,这对于新的历史时期探索国家体育公共服务的发展方向和改革路径具有十分重要的现实意义和理论价值。
The authors of this article used literature reviews, expert interviews, logical analysis and management practxces, and applied political theory, management theory and the theory of public service. Through analyzing the changing process of sports public service from the ＂Administration centralize＂ to ＂Government Pluralization＂, we studied the relationship between the sporting public service and good governance, expounded the necessity of ＂Government Pluralization＂, clarified further the relationship between the government, the market and community, and explored the direction of development of the national sports public service and reform trends.
