摘要
团队工作结构(TBS)是20世纪90年代至今在美国大学图书馆广泛应用的一种重要的图书馆管理模式,该模式用自我指导式的、扁平式的团队结构采替代传统的部门管理。
TBS is an important library management mode which is widely used in American university libraries since 1990s. This mode replaces traditional departmental management with a kind of self-directed and flat team structure. The practical experiences of the Pennsylvania State University Library using TBS management mode can provide a reference for the development of TBS in libraries of China.
