摘要
目的评价腔内超声在诊断中下段输尿管结石方面的临床应用价值.方法对58例急诊就诊的输尿管中下段结石患者行腔内超声检查,并与腹部超声结果进行对比分析.结果腔内超声诊断输尿管近壁段结石31例,壁内段结石26例,诊断符合率为98.3%,腹部超声符合率为48.3%.结论腔内超声诊断输尿管中下段结石的准确率明显高于腹部超声,建议推广应用.
Objective To estimate the clinical value of endoluminal ultrasound in diagnosing intercalary-lower ureteric calculus.Methods Endoluminal ultrasound was performed on 58 patients with intercalary-lower ureteric calculus in emergency,and the results was compared with those of transabdominal ultrasound.Result Endoluminal ultrasound diagnosed 31 calculi located close to the wall and 26 calculi in the intermural part of the lower ureter,the diagnosis accordance rate was 98.3%,that of transabdominal ultrasound was only 48.3%. Conclusion The accurate rate of endoluminal ultrasound was much higher than transabdominal ultrasound in diagnosing intercalary-lower ureteric calculus worth applying.
