摘要
社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性。信教群众始终是"人民群众"的一部分,是我们党执政的群众基础和建设中国特色社会主义、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要力量。做好信教群众工作是宗教工作的根本任务,也是我们党构建和谐社会的重要课题。古巴共产党和老挝人民革命党重视发挥宗教在国家社会生活中的作用和影响,拉近了党与信教群众的距离,巩固了党执政的社会基础,促进了社会和谐,其经验对我们党加强执政安全有重要启示。
Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Religious believers are always a part of the ＂people＂,our ruling party＇s foundation of the masses,and an important force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and in the establishment of socialist harmonious society.It is the fundamental task in our religious work to deal with the masses of religious believers well and it is also an important subject in the construction of harmonious society for our party.The Communist Party of Cuba and the Lao People＇s Revolutionary Party attach great importance to religious role and influence in the national social life and this has narrowed the distance between the party and the religious people,consolidated the social foundation of the ruling party and promoted social harmony,which is good experience as an important enlightenment for us to solidify the security of party ruling.
