摘要
某型装置工作前,需用大量去离子水浸泡。为简化清洗程序,减轻装备运行、维护负担,有必要探讨采用其他容易获得的普通水替代去离子水作为清洗液的可能。该文假定以新疆地区地下水为清洗液,将其与90%过氧化氢溶液按0.2%、0.4%(V/V)比例混合,模拟了残留清洗液对过氧化氢稳定性的影响。采用高锰酸钾氧化还原滴定法,在7d和13d的时间跨度内测定了过氧化氢浓度随时间的变化情况。结果表明,液相中少量地下水对过氧化氢稳定性没有影响。
Before the work of a certain type of device, requires large amounts of deionized water immersion. To simplify the cleaning process, reducing equipment operation, maintenance burden, it is necessary to explore the use of other readi- ly available alternative to ordinary water deionized water as the cleaning fluid may be. This article assumes that the ground- water in the Xinjiang region for the cleaning fluid, and 90% of its hydrogen peroxide solution at 0.2%, 0.4% (V/V) were mixed to simulate the residual cleaning liquid hydrogen peroxide stability. Redox titration using potassium permanganate, in 7 days and 13 days time span measured hydrogen peroxide concentration with time changes. The results show that a small amount of liquid in the groundwater on the stability of hydrogen peroxide has no effect.
