以石家庄为例,研究探讨如何确定计入考核的水功能区,如何将计入考核的水功能区客观、公正的分配到各县(市区)内,并对分配后的水功能区达标率的进行确定。
Shijiazhuang as an example, researches on how to determine the water function areas which has included in the assessment, how to allocat water function area to counties （urban）, and carried out to determine the compliance rate of the water function area after the allocation.
