摘要
目的:护士职业认同感与护理业务实践的相关性。方法:采用"护士职业认同量表"和"护理业务实践调查问卷"对570人护士进行问卷调查。结果:护士职业认知总均分为(5.24±0.95)分;业务实践总均分为(4.04±0.58)分;护士职业认同感各维度与护理业务实践各维度均呈正相关。结论:护士职业认同感与护理业务实践各维度之间存在一定联系,提示通过提高护士职业认同水平,可以促进护士在业务实践上的良性发展,对改善护理服务质量有重要作用。
Objective ：To identify the correlations between professional self- identity and nursing practice. Methods ：The ＂career identity scale＂ and ＂nursing practice questionnaire＂ were applied to survey 570 nurses. Results ：The average scores of career identity was （5.24 ± 0.95）, the average scores of nursing practice questionnaire was （4.04 ± 0.58 ） ,professional self- identity of nurse was positively associated with nursing practice questionnaire. Conclusion ： There were intricacies of the relationships between aspects Of self - identity and nursing practice. It is suggested to improve professional self - identity to promote nursing practice,which provide a new perspective for the quality of nursing.
