摘要
为了解决高职汽车实训基地建设模式问题,提出了"4+1+2"的建设模式,开发了双人快修和PDCA的实训模式,形成了横贯线的人才培养方案,满足了教学需要,提升了专业内涵,并且兼顾服务社会的功能。在全国同类规模院校中形成了具有一定代表性的汽车实训基地建设模式,具有很好的借鉴和示范作用。
in order to solve the construction mode of auto vocational training base problem,put forward the '4+ 1+2' construction mode,developed the shuangrenkuaixiu and PDCA training mode,forming a training program across the line personnel,to meet the teaching needs,enhance the professional connotation,but also take into account the social function of service.With some representative automobile training base construction mode of formation in the same scale of colleges and universities,has a very good reference and exemplary role.
