摘要
农药残留和重金属是烟叶质量安全的核心,针对目前烟草行业质量安全工作的形势和要求,分析了农药残留和重金属污染的成因与控制措施,提出了构建特色植保专业化服务体系,建立和完善烟草植保技术网络和残留监控网络,加大农业投入品源头污染治理和监管,加强基地单元标准体系建设和GAP实施的工作思路。通过政策、标准、技术、管理和推广等一系列工作的合力实施,提升烟叶质量安全水平。
Pesticide residues and heavy metals are key factors in the control of tobacco quality and safety. Causes and control measures for pesticide residue and heavy metal pollution were analyzed. A framework was proposed, i.e., constructing professional service system for specific plant protection, establishing perfect networks for the techniques of tobacco plant protection and residue monitoring, intensifying management and supervision of pollution from original agricultural inputs, strengthening development of standard system for base unit and GAP implementation. Improvement of tobacco quality and safety may be achieved by comprehensive measures including policies, standards, techniques, managements and dissemination.
