摘要 目的探讨图片式健康教育对接受支气管镜检查患者的心理作用。方法选择2011年12月—2012年12月在同济大学附属上海市肺科医院行支气管镜检查的患者110例,随机分为实验组和对照组各55例,实验组在进行支气管镜检查前实施图片式健康教育方案,对照组在检查前实施常规健康教育方案。比较两组患者在检查过程中的生理指标和主观感受。结果实验组患者在检查过程中舒张压和心率的升高值、检查过程中各主观感受的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论图片式健康教育方法能够减少患者在应激状态下的不良反应,稳定患者的心理状态,有助于患者顺利完成支气管镜的检查,有利于患者的诊断与治疗。 Objective To explore the effect of picture-based health education on mental status in patients re- ceiving bronchoscopy. Methods A Total of 110 patients receiving bronchoscopy in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into the experimental group and control group from December 2011 to December 2012. Before bronchoscopy the experimental group received picture-based health education, and the control group received routine health education. The physiological indicators and subjective feelings in the process of examination were detected. Results The increase in diastolic blood pressure and heart rate, and the incidence of subjective feelings in the process of check in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Picture-based health education can reduce the stress responses in patients receiving bronchoscopy, and improve their diagnosis and treatment.
