摘要
我国《教师法》赋予了高校教师进行教育教学的权利、参与科学研究权利、管理学生权利、获取报酬待遇权利、民主管理权利和进行培训进修权利。但在现实生活中高校教师的法律权利现状甚为堪忧。为了有效保护高校教师的合法权利,应该首先从完善立法保护上着手。
According to Teachers ＇ Law, teachers enjoy many rights. But the status of legal rights of teachers in universities causes more concern in real life. In order to protect effectively their legal rights, this paper suggests be-ginning with the perfection of legislation.
