摘要
从体育明星参与体育慈善入手,分析我国体育慈善事业的现状与问题,指出我国体育明星参与体育慈善的不足之处和体育慈善事业发展滞后的原因,诸如:体育慈善意识薄弱,缺少榜样人物;监管机制不完善,慈善事业面临信任危机;体育慈善机构匮乏,政治色彩浓厚;体育培养机制限制运动员的慈善行为。旨在为我国体育慈善的发展提出相应对策,即加强体育慈善意识的教育和宣传;建设和完善慈善监管机制,提高公信力度;健全体育慈善组织,去除"行政化";改变现有的运动员培养机制等。
This thesis analyzes the present situation and problems of our country＇ s sports charity, and indicates that the sports stars in our country seldom participate in the sports charity and the reasons why our country＇ s sports charity lags behind. The reasons are as the follows ： the sports charity consciousness is weak and the sports charity lacks role models ; the supervision mechanism is imperfect, and the sports charity faces a crisis of confidence;the sports charity lacks diversification and has strong political color;the sports training mechanism restricts the charity behavior of athletes. This thesis also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of our country＇ s sports charity ： to strengthen the sports charity consciousness education and publicity, to construct and perfect the charity supervision mechanism and enhance the credibility, to perfect the sports charity and remove the ＂ administration＂ , and to change the existing athletes training mechanism.
