服务型政府绩效评估结果运用研究:现状、问题与对策 被引量：15

摘要 国外经验与国内试点实践表明,政府绩效评估能否持续并取得实效,评估结果运用是关键。当前,与服务型政府的要求相比,我国政府绩效评估结果运用中存在着不少问题。应通过设立公共服务质量奖充分发挥精神激励作用、健全以公共服务为主要内容的行政问责制度、将政府绩效评估结果及其运用情况向公众公开、与预算安排挂钩等措施推动政府绩效评估结果的有效运用。
