摘要
目的:探讨HBC-2000综合治疗仪治疗顺产后尿潴留的疗效。方法:收集我院2010年1月～2012年12月初产妇顺产后尿潴留患者200例,平均年龄(23.78±2.3),所有产妇均无侧切。随机分为实验组和对照组两组:实验组出现尿潴留后直接应用HBC-2000综合治疗仪进行治疗,对照组出现尿潴留后予一般康复性指导,如热敷、流水声诱导等。两组患者排尿失败后均行导尿排空膀胱。观察两组产妇解除尿潴留的时间及效果。结果:实验组成功率为98%,对照组成功率为78%,实验组平均起效时间(21.3±3.6)min,对照组平均起效时间(26.3±5.6)min。两组疗效比较均有显著差异,P<0.01。结论:应用HBC-2000综合治疗仪治疗初产妇顺产后尿潴留是一种简便、安全、有效的方法,值得在临床上推广。
Objective ：To explore the efficacy of HBC-2000 comprehensive therapeutic instrument in the treatment of post- natal urinary retention. Methods ：200 patients admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 with post- natal urinary retention, aged （ 23.78 ± 2.3 ） , were included in this study. All maternal no lateral incisor. The patients were randomized to undergo postnatal urinary retention with HBC-2000 comprehensive therapeutic instrument （Experimental group, n = 100） , or with general rehabilitation guidance （ Control group, n = 100）. All patients with failed micturition un- derwent catheterization of bladder emptying in two groups. To observe the relieve urine retention time and effect. Results： The cure rate in Experimental group is 98% and 78% in Control group. The average healing time was （ 21.3 ± 3.6 ） min in Experimental group and （ 26.3 ±5.6） min in Control group. There was significant difference of the effect between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： HBC-2000 comprehensive therapeutic instrument could be a treatment for the select- ed patients with postnatal urinary retention.
