摘要
阐述了电信网、广播电视网和计算机通信网三网融合将会给大学图书馆带来的机遇和挑战,分析了三网融合环境下大学图书馆发展的优势,提出了大学图书馆必须积极采取应对措施,才能适应三网融合大环境的要求。
The paper elaborates opportunities and challenges that convergence of telecommunication network, radio ＆ TV network and computer communication network will bring to university library, analyses university library＇s advantages in the environment of three networks convergence, and proposes that university library must actively adopt countermeasures to adapt to requirements of three networks convergence.
