摘要 利用Allan方差法对国外一款MEMS陀螺仪进行误差分析,通过长时间静态数据分析,对陀螺误差系数进行标定,验证了Allan方差法用于陀螺误差分析的可行性。 In this paper, the analysis method of MEMS Gyro error is based on Allan variance by long static data analysis. The main coefficient of gyro error is recognized. This proves the feasibility of the Allan variance method for gyro error analysis.
