摘要
设计了CD-1型地震检波器专用弹簧片参数测试系统,系统由测试模块、直线压力机构和显示控制电路等构成,PC机接收测试模块上传的数据和发送直线压力机构控制指令,PC根据数据计算得到刚度和工作状态支撑力,并将结果发送给Atmega32单片机,由单片机控制其显示。弹簧片参数测试系统能够根据测量的弹簧片刚度和工作状态支撑力的数值进行分档。测试系统已经在企业应用一年时间,测试和实际应用表明,系统具有数据统计功能,测试数据复性好、操作方便,满足检波器生产企业对弹簧片参数进行测试的要求。
The special testing system of CD-I model spring parameter designs specially,which was made up of testing module,linear pressure institution and display control circuit. PC receives the data of testing module and transmits control order to linear actuator,and the display control order was transmitted to Atmega32 MCU after calculating by PC according to the spring rigidity and work state support. The testing system can distinguish different file according to spring rigidity and work state support. The testing system has been applied nearly one year. After the long boot test and work,the system has the function of statistical data and can satisfy the spring of enterprise parameters of the test requirements. Test testing data was reliable and convenient operation.
