摘要 复口吸虫感染鱼类的是其吸虫后囊蚴,寄生于鱼类眼球中,可影响鱼类的生长发育,严重时可造成鱼类大量死亡,是危害严重的鱼类寄生虫之一。复口吸虫具有广适性,分布广泛,生活史复杂等特点。目前,复口吸虫在我国多地均有发现,但国内对其研究较少,多集中在病原调查,形态,生活史等方面。缺少对复口吸虫的分子生物学鉴定方法及宿主特异性的研究。论文重点就这两方面进行了综合叙述,并且对复口吸虫的分类学、流行病学、致病机理等方面的研究进展进行介绍。 The fish are infected with metacercariae of Diplostomurn spp. which parasitize in the fish eyes. They can affect the growth and development of fish, and cause massive deaths of fish in severe cases. Diplostornum have wide adaptability, wide distribution, and a complex life cycle. Currently, Diplostomum have been found in most areas in our country, but the domestic researches are less and they are mostly con- centrated in the survey of pathogen, morphology and life cycle. And they are lack of researches on the identification method of molecular biology and specificity of hosts. The paper summarized these two aspects above, and in- troduced the taxonomy, epidemiology and pathogenesis of Diplostomum in the latest research progress.
