摘要
本试验选用1日龄健康肉鸡120只,随机分为6组,每组20只。对照组饲以基础日粮,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别饲以含铜量为100、200、400、600、800mg/kg的5种高铜日粮6周。结果高铜Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组雏鸡的生长速度高于对照组差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组雏鸡生长发育受抑制(P<0.05);高铜Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组血清铜蓝蛋白(CP)活性和铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),高铜Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组CP活性和CuZn-SOD活性降低(P<0.05)。表明日粮含铜量为100mg/kg~200mg/kg时,可促进雏鸡生长,同时使雏鸡血液中酶活性升高;但日粮含铜量≥400mg/kg时致使雏鸡生长受阻,并使雏鸡血清中酶活性降低。
This experiment randomly divided 120 1-day-old healthy broilers into six groups with 20 each. The Control Group(CG) was fed with basal diet,While Group I , lI , III ,iV,and V (G I ,GII ,GIII ,GiV, and GV )were fed with 5 different kinds of high copper diets for 6 weeks,in which the copper contents are 100,200,400,600,800 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that the growth rates of the high copper G I and G ]1 chicks is higher than that of the GC with a significant difference(P 〈0.05). The growth and development were restrained in GIll ,GIV (P d0.05), the activities of serum ceruloplasmin(CP) and copper-zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZn-SOD) were considerabley increased in G I and G II (P〈0. 05). While it was reduced in GIII ,GIV ,and GV (P d0.05). These results indicated:that when the copper contents are 100 mg/kg-200 mg/kg in the diet,it can promte the growth of chicks and increase the enzymatic activity in the blood. However when the copper contents are greater than or equal to 400mg/kg, it can impede the chick growth, cause certain degrees of pathological injury on them and decrease the seral enzymatic activity.
