麋鹿血清肝功能相关酶的测定与分析 被引量:10

摘要 为了探讨健康麋鹿血清肝功能相关酶与年龄和性别的关系,通过全自动生化分析仪测定了80只麋鹿的血清肝功能相关酶的活性。结果表明,年龄和性别不同的群体,血清肝功能相关酶活性有所不同。对1岁~9岁之间相同年龄段的群体,雄性麋鹿血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和总胆汁酸(TBA)活性均高于雌性麋鹿;雄性麋鹿血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)活性在3岁前高于雌性,4岁~7岁低于雌性麋鹿,8岁后又高于雌性麋鹿;在1岁~9岁之间的相同性别群体,血清ALT及AST活性先随年龄增加而降低,7岁后随年龄增加而升高;TBA随年龄增加会出现两次低谷,雄性麋鹿ChE活性随年龄增加会出现三次峰值,雌性麋鹿出现两次峰值。说明年龄和性别是影响血清肝功能相关酶活性的因素。 In order to explore the relationship between age and gender and liver-associated serum enzyme in healthy Elaphurus davidianus. 80 individuals were divided into groups according to their age and gender, activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bile acid (TBA),and choline esterase(ChE) were determined using automatic clinical chemical analyzer. Results showed that serum enzyme activities of ALT,AST,TBA and ChE were different according to age and gen- der. Values of serum ALT,AST,TBA were higher in males from ages 1-9 than that in females with same age. Level of ChE was higher in males before age 3 than that in females with the same age, declined from age 4 to 7, increased after 8 again. For the population of same gender among ages 1-9,levels of serum ALT and AST declined with rising of age, increased after age 7 again. TBA had two low peaks with increasing age. Male ChE had three high peaks, while female had two high peaks with increasing age. The results showed that age and gender are the factors affecting liver-associated serum enzyme activities.
