摘要
近年来,很多研究机构对起重机的智能转载相关技术进行了研究,以提高起重机作业的自动化程度以及工作效率。起重机的智能转载是未来起重机发展的必然趋势之一。以桥式起重机为设计平台,以机器人导航技术、起重机精确定位及智能消摆技术为基础,从机械传动、自动检测、电气控制、软件设计、控制算法等方面,设计一套桥式起重机智能转载系统。系统的功能是在给定转载起点和转载终点的条件下,控制负载沿着预先规划出来的优化路径完成安全无碰撞的高效自动化智能转载。
Recently, many research institutions have been implemented related technical studies on intelligent lift of bridge crane so as to improve the automation degree and operational efficiency. The intelligent lifting of the crane is one of the irresistible develop- ment trends for cranes in the future. Taking the bridge crane as design platform, with the robot navigation technology, accurate loca- tion and intelligent anti-swing technology of the crane as the foundations, a set of intelligent lifting system for the bridge crane was designed from the aspects of the mechanical transmission, automatic detection, electric control, software design and control algorithm, and etc. The function of the system is to control the load to complete efficient automated lifting safely without collision along the optimized path.
