摘要
目的:建立展筋酊中大黄素,大黄酚的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:Symmetry C18色谱柱(5.0μm),甲醇∶0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,流速:0.8 mL/min;柱温:20℃,检测波长:423 nm。结果:大黄素、大黄酚在10.0~30.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=0.999 9,0.999 7);平均回收率分别为101.35%和98.25%(RSD=2.26%,1.17%)。结论:本方法快速、灵敏、专属性强,可用于展筋酊的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination ofemodin and ehrysophanol in ZhanJing tincture. Method: Symmetry C18 chromatographic column (5.0 μm) was adopted, methanol-0.1% phospho- ric acid (85 : 1 5)as the mobile phase, flow rate was 0.8 ml. min-1; the column temperature was 20℃, the detection wavelength was 423nm. Result: Emodin and chrysophanol showed better linear relationship in the concentration range of 10.0 to 30.0 μg/mL and peak area (r=0.999 9, 0.999 7); average recovery rates were 101.35% and 98.25% respectively (RSD=2.26%, 1.17%). Conclusion: The method, rapid, sensitive and specific, could be used for the con- tent determination of ZhanJing tincture.
