摘要
采用WAW-1000C型万能试验机对不同温度下受热的82B预应力钢绞线钢丝进行拉伸试验,并用高清晰金相显微镜进行微观组织分析,研究钢绞线受热后的组织和力学性能变化规律,揭示其性能衰减微观机理。结果说明,钢绞线受热400℃以下时组织变化不明显,力学性能指标衰减不大;400℃以上时相继发生了回复、再结晶及相变,强度、硬度大幅度衰减,塑性明显增大。
Some 82B prestressed steel strand samples heated at different temperatures were stretched on the WAW-1000C universal testing machine, and their microstructures were analyzed in the high-definition metallurgical microscope, in order to study the variation of the microstructure and mechanical properties in these strands heated, and reveal the microscopic mechanism of performance decay. The results showed that the mierostructures had no significant change and the mechanical properties had small amplitude attenuation when the steel strands were heated below 400 ℃. When they were heated above 400 ℃ , the recovery, recrystallization and phase transformation appeared in the microstructures, therefore, the strength and hardness of these prestressed strands were attenuated greatly, and the plasticity increased significantly.
