摘要
介绍通过对桥式起重机大车系统控制方式的改变,利用2台变频器输出频率的有规律的变化而产生的微小扭矩,来改善大车啃轨的情况,从而延长了设备的寿命,提高设备的利用率,降低运行成本。
The paper introduces the change in control mode of travelling mechanism for overhead travelling cranes,with the minor torque arising from regular changes in output frequency of two frequency converters to improve the biting rail condition,hence to extend the equipment service life,improve its utilization,and reduce the operating cost.
