摘要
港口门座起重机大拉杆的风致振动的主要表现形式为横风向的涡激振动,且当旋涡脱落频率与大拉杆的固有频率接近时,大拉杆会发生涡激共振,使结构受到破坏。文中利用Solidworks软件对起重机的大拉杆和臂架结构进行建模,在有限元软件ADINA中进行了模态分析;结合风振的基本原理和计算方法来检验工程中通过对大拉杆开孔的方式来抑制涡激振动的效果。
The wind-induced vibration of pull rod of the harbor portal crane mainly shows as across-wind vortex-induced vibration;when the vortex shedding frequency is close to the inherent frequency of pull rod,vortex-induced resonance will happen to the pull rod which may get damaged.The paper introduces the model of the pull rod and boom structure built for the crane,with modal analysis by finite element software ADINA.The effect of puncturing on the pull rod in order to control vortex-induced vibration is tested,with consideration of basic principle and calculation method of wind vibration.
