摘要
文章研究了闭环供应链中一个订购周期内有多个再制造周期的库存管理问题。考虑零售价格和退货价格对需求的影响,将返回品分为可再制造和不可再制造2部分,以期望利润最大化为目标建立库存模型并求解。利用算例分析了退货率、再制造比例、顾客对零售价格和退货价格的敏感因子以及零售价格对退货价格和利润的影响,并给出了相应退货价格的定价策略。
An inventory management problem with one ordering cycle and multiple remanufacturing cycles in the closed-loop supply chain is explored. Considering the influence of the retail price and the return price on the demand, the returns are divided into manufacturing and non-manufacturing in batches. An inventory model to maximize the expected profit is built and solved. Numerical examples are provided to analyze the influence of return rate, remanufacturing rate, retail price sensitivity factor, return price sensitivity factor and retail price on the return price and profit. The results show that the manager should make corresponding return price policy when considering the influence.
