摘要
文章详细介绍了打捆机驱动系统的碟簧压紧装置的改进设计、组成和基本结构,并对压紧力和驱动力进行了理论计算,利用ADAMS对装置进行运动仿真分析,得到4个压紧轮的压紧力测量曲线。仿真结果表明:4个压紧力基本相等,且与理论值相符,曲线波动小,改进后的压紧装置工作性能稳定,可实现钢丝的平稳驱动。
The compositions and basic structure of the improved pressing device with disk spring in the driven system of bundling machine are introduced in detail, and the pressing and driving force are theoretically calculated. Then the curves of the pressing force of the four pressing wheels are achieved by the motion simulation analysis based on ADAMS. The results of simulation show that the four pressing forces are equal and match up to the theoretical value, and the fluctuation of curves is small. Thus it can be seen that the working performance of the improved pressing device is stable, and the steel wire is driven steadily.
