血管性认知障碍的治疗 被引量：9

摘要 血管性痴呆（VaD）是继阿尔茨海默病（AD）之后引起痴呆的第二大原因[1]。血管性认知障碍（VCI）被认为是由脑血管病危险因素、明显或不明显脑血管病引起的从轻度认知障碍到痴呆的一大类综合征,包括非痴呆血管性认知障碍（VCIND）、VaD和伴有血管因素的阿尔茨海默病（即混合性痴呆）[2]。而对于VCI的治疗主要包括药物治疗和非药物治疗。现将治疗现状综述如下。
