摘要
目的探讨任光荣教授的抑激散防治腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法将腹泻型IBS患者56例随机分为2组。治疗组30例给予抑激散治疗,对照组26例给予得舒特治疗,2组均治疗4周后评定疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组腹胀及排便不尽改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05),而腹痛、大便次数、大便形状、黏液便、情绪不安及失眠情况2组比较无显著性差异。治疗组治疗后血清中生长抑素、5-羟色胺和血管活性肠肽含量均明显降低。治疗组有效率与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论抑激散可通过降低血浆胃肠激素水平,有效改善腹泻型IBS的临床症状。
Objective It is to study the therapeutic effect of Yijisan on irritable bowel syndrome（IBS） with diarrhea.Methods 56 IBS（diarrhea type） patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group（30 case） treated by Yijisan and the control group（26 cases） treated by dicetel（pinaveriumbromide）.After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the curative effects in both groups were evaluated.Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the improvements of abdominal distension and defecating unfinished feeling in treatment group were better than that in control group（P0.05）,but there was no significant difference in abdominal pain,stool shape and time,mucous stool,agitation and insomnia between the two groups.The concentrations of plasma somatostain（SS）,5-hydroxy tryptamine（5-HT）,and vasoactive intestinal peptide（VIP） were clearly decreased after therapy in treatment group.There was no significant difference in effective rate between treatment group and control group.Conclusion Yijisan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea by decreasing the plasma gastrointestinal hormone.
