摘要
以KOH为淋洗液,IonPac AS11-HC阴离子交换柱为分析柱,采用抑制型电导检测器,建立了超声萃取-离子色谱法测定再造烟叶中甲酸、乙酸、苹果酸、草酸和柠檬酸的方法。5种有机酸线性相关系数r2均大于0.997,相对标准偏差均小于5.0%,检测限为0.04~0.15 mg/L,回收率为86.32%~112.11%。该方法操作简单、准确、灵敏度高,适合大批量样品的测定。采用此方法测定了18个再造烟叶样品,并以5种有机酸含量对样品进行了聚类分析,结果表明,通过5种有机酸聚类分析,可以区分不同档次的再造烟叶样品。
An ultrasonic wave extraction combined with ion chromatography (IC) method for determination of five organic acids, including lactate, acetate, malate, oxalate and citrate, in reconstituted tobacco was developed. KOH Solution was used as eluent. Five organic acids were separated on a Dionex IonPac AS11- HC anion exchange column, and detected with suppressed conductivity detector. The correlation coeffi- cients of linear regression equations were more than 0. 997, and the relative standard deviation were less than 5.0% ,the detection limits ranged from 0.04 mg/L to 0.15 mg/L,and the recoveries of five organic acids were in the range of 86.32% to 112.11%. The method had the advantages including simple operation, high accuracy, rapid measurement, and was suitable to determine a great deal of samples simultaneously. The contents of five organic acids in reconstituted tobacco samples were determined, and the data were processed with cluster analysis. The results showed that the cluster analysis could be used in the comparison and classification of different levels of reconstituted tobacco.
