摘要
介绍了SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料断裂韧性的研究现状,着重分析了基体合金成分、SiC颗粒体积分数、颗粒粒度形貌、界面性质以及热处理工艺对复合材料断裂韧性的影响,并对SiC复合材料的研究进行了探讨和展望。
The research status of fracture toughness of SiCp/Al composites was introduced in this paper. The research development of fracture toughness of SiCp / Al composites was analyzed emphatically in terms of the matrix alloy component, SiC particle volume fraction, particle morphology, interracial properties and the influence of heat treatment process, and the study of SiCp/Al composites was discussed and prospected.
