摘要
由于我国法律缺乏对商业性城市房屋拆迁的相关规定,使得商业性城市房屋拆迁引发的矛盾频频发生。文章从"马鞍山市商业性城市房屋强制拆迁闹剧"引发的三大问题入手,深入分析商业性城市房屋拆迁中存在的具体问题,并提出切实可行的解决方案,以期为商业性城市房屋拆迁法律问题的解决提供建设性意见。
The lack of laws and regulations to the commercial demolition activities leads to frequent cases of conflicts. This paper,starting with the three problems in the case ＂Ma＇ anshan compulsory demolition and r ＂ emoval , analyzes the problems of commercial demolition. Solutions are proposed to provide constructive suggestions on legislating for this issue.
