In recent years,as an important part of active financial policy,the National Debt(N D)policy makes great difference,but meanwhile we have to care about consequence it maybe lead to.The paper analyses the N D scale and structure and come to conclusion:there are much potential credit risks in our Debt.In addition some advice are given to prevent and dissolve the risks.
