摘要
为满足小水量污水处理需要,利用发明专利自制双曝气双泥层过滤反应器,通过调整人工配制进水的浓度和水力停留时间,逐步实现了5kg(CODCr)/(m3.d)的容积负荷.试验表明:在5kg(CODCr)/(m3.d)的容积负荷条件下,CODCr去除率达到93%,氨氮和总氮去除率均达到90%以上;当进水CODCr2000mg/L、NH4+-N 110mg/L时,出水仍能达到:CODCr≤100mg/L,NH4+-N≤10mg/L,TN≤16mg/L.比较常规生物处理工艺,其容积负荷和脱氮能力均有一定突破.
To meet the needs of wastewater treatment in townlet,an effective reactor with dual aeration and dual sludge filter partitions based on our patent of invention is set in the paper. By the use of artificial feeding flour water in the laboratory, the reactor is achieved step by step 5 kg(CODcr)/(m3·d) VLR through changes of inlet organic concentration and HRT. Tests show in the condition of 5 kg(CODcr)/(m3·d) VLR that CODcr removal is 93%, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are more than 90%. When inlet CODcr 2000 mg/L and NH+-N 110 rag/L, outlet water quality indexes are that CODcr≤4100mg/L,NH+-N≤10mg/L,TN≤16mg/L. Its volume loading and available biological treatment processes.
