摘要
目的探讨上睑眶隔膜缝合提升固定在切开重睑成形术中的应用效果。方法 200例400只眼采用眶隔膜缝合提升固定完成切开重睑成形术。结果 200例400只眼获得令人满意的美容效果,满意率达100%。结论用眶隔膜缝合提升固定完成切开重睑成形术是一种有良好美容效果,简便可靠,可广泛应用于临床美容外科手术中的缝合技巧及手术方式,可有效减少并杜绝术后并发症,提高重睑成形术后求美者满意度及减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To investigate the upper eyelid orbital septum suture to promote, in the new method of incision blepharoplasty effect. Methods Using the orbital septum suture in fixed finish cut blepharoplasty in double eyelid forming. Results The clinical application in 200 cases 400 eyes achieved satisfactory cosmetic effect, the satisfactory rate was 100%.Conclusion A good cosmetic effect, is simple and reliable, can be sutured technique and operation mode is widely used in clinical surgery in the operation, can effectively reduce and prevent postoperative complications and improve after double eyelid plasty for the beauty of satisfaction and new method to reduce medical disputes.
