摘要
目的:了解咽旁间隙的解剖结构,提高咽旁间隙肿瘤手术治疗水平。方法:回顾分析我科咽旁间隙肿瘤病人的临床表现、影像资料、手术方法、术后并发症,术后随访6月-3年。结果:完整切除肿瘤34例,2例为部分切除。良性肿瘤31例,恶性肿瘤5例。结论:手术切除是治疗咽旁间隙肿瘤的主要方法。
Objective： To learn about anatomic features of the parapharyngeal space and to explore the diagnosis of parapharyngeal space tumors. Methods： Retrospective review was done on the clinical pictures, radiological features, surgical approaches, surgical findings, and postoperative complications of 36 parapharyngeal space tumors. All patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years. Results： Benign tumors included 31 cases; malignant tumors included 5 cases. Conclusion： According to the location, transcervical surgical approach may be used for treating parapharyngeal space tumors.
