危险化学品重大危险源安全评估模式探讨 被引量:1

摘要 根据国家安全生产监督管理总局令第40号文,建立了危险化学品重大危险源定量风险评估程序,阐述了"重大危险源分级"、"定量风险评估"两个模块的安全评估模式,运用DNV公司SAFETI软件,对某大型炼化企业罐区一级重大危险源进行定量风险评估,得出了该罐区的个人风险等值线和F-N社会风险曲线并进行了分析。 In accordance with Order No. 40 Paper of the State Administration of Work Safety, quantitative risk assessment procedure of hazardous chemicals is built; the safety assessment model of'major hazardous source grading'and'quantitative analysis assessment'is elaborated and the quantitative analysis assessment of the first-level major hazardous source of certain large-scale refinery enterprise’s tank field is conducted with SAFETI software by DNV Company. Consequently, the individual risk isoline of this tank field and F-N social risk curve are obtained and analyzed.
