摘要
目的:探讨出院后回访式健康教育对脑卒中患者应用的效果。方法:将107例脑卒中患者按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,两组患者住院期间及出院时均给予健康教育,观察组在此基础上于出院后给予定期电话回访教育。出院时及出院一年后采用问卷调查患者日常生活活动能力、护理满意度。结果:出院一年后,观察组患者日常生活活动能力、护理满意度均显著提高(P<0.01),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:出院后回访式教育可提高脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力及对医院护理满意度。
Objective：To study the application and effect analysis of health education through telephone follow-up in stroke patient.Methods：107 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,both groups received health education while hospitalization and when discharged.The observation group received regular telephone follow-up after discharged on this basis.The activities of daily living and satisfaction degree toward nursing were investigated by questionnaire when discharged and a year after discharged.Results：A year after discharged,the activities of daily living and satisfaction degree toward nursing of patients in observation group were significantly increased（P0.01）,and the observation group were better than control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Regular health education through telephone follow-up after discharged can increase the activities of daily living and the satisfaction degree toward nursing.
