摘要
目的:探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)的分布特点及超声特征。方法:回顾性分析33例经病理证实的IDC的分布特点、二维超声图像及彩色多普勒血流特征。结果:左侧发病22例,右侧发病8例,双侧发病3例。肿块位于外上象限23例,其余象限13例。结论:左侧乳腺、双乳外上象限发病较常见,为扫查的重点。
Objective：To analyze sonographic characteristics of infiltrative ductal carcinoma（IDC）.Methods：Sonographic characteristics of 33 patients with histologically proven IDC were retrospectively analyzed.The US examinations included the tumor Distribution characteristics,grayscale B-mode sonography,color Doppler and pulsed Doppler.Results：22 patients were left incidence,8 cases were right incidence,three cases with both side;Twenty-three cases tumor appeared in external quadrant,and eleven cases appeared in other quadrant.Conclusion：Left breast more vulnerable to diseases than right,external quadrant are more common.
