摘要
由于点波束的覆盖区域有限,针对与移动目标通信的情况,需要不停地改变卫星点波束的中心指向,以确保通信目标在点波束覆盖范围之内。卫星点波束的中心指向已知时,需要计算点波束对地球覆盖的区域,才能判断覆盖目标是否在点波束的覆盖区域内。根据上述工程应用的需求,提出了一种新的更易于实现的点波束覆盖区域算法。
Because of the limited coverage area of a spot beam,for the case with a mobile target com- munications,it is necessary to change the center pointing of satellite spot beam ceaselessly,so as to ensure that the communication target is within the spot beam coverage. When the center pointing of satellite spot beam has been known,the area covered by the spot beam on the Earth need to be cal- culated, so as to determine whether the coverage target is in the coverage area of the spot beam. Ac- cording to above engineering application requirements, this paper puts forward a new spot beam coverage area algorithm ,which is easier to be realized.
