Blending of heavy oil catalytic cracking slurry in delayed coking unit

摘要 在中国石油乌鲁木齐石化公司1.2Mt/a延迟焦化装置中,以常减压渣油为原料,同时掺炼经脱除固体催化剂粉尘(以下简称脱固)工艺处理的重油催化裂化油浆,考察了脱固后油浆对产品分布及性质的影响。结果表明,油浆经脱固工艺处理后,平均总固体物质量浓度由6.5 g/L降至0.8 g/L,平均灰分质量分数由3 010×10-6降至210×10-6,二者脱除率分别为87.69%,93.02%。当脱固后重油催化裂化油浆掺炼量(质量分数)为5%时,在总加工量基本不变的情况下,与掺炼前相比,掺炼后干气收率提高,总液体收率下降,石油焦收率相当;掺炼前后汽油、柴油和蜡油馏程分布接近,石油焦中挥发分、灰分和含硫质量分数基本相同。 Heavy oil catalytic cracking slurry, from which residual solid catalyst was removed, was mixed with atmospheric vacuum residue to be used as the feedstock of a 1.2 Mt/a delayed coker unit in Urumqi Petrochemical Company, PetroChina. The effect of blending slurry on the distribution and performance of coker products was investigated. The re- suits showed that after the removal of solid, the average solid mass concentration in the slurry decreased from 6.5 g/L to 0.8 g/L,the average mass fraction of ash from 3 010×10^-6 to 210×10^-6,the removal rates of the two were 87.69% ,93.02% respectively. When 5% ( mass fraction) solid - removed slurry was blended and the total loading was blended and the total loading was stable, the yield of dry gas increased,the total liquid yield de- creased, and the petroleum coke yield had no evi- dent change compared to those before blending the solid - removed slurry. The distributions of distillation range for gasoline, diesel and wax oil were similar to those before blending, and the mass fractions of volatile, ash and sulfur in petroleum coke were basically same as those before blending.
