摘要
以乙烯为原料,采用自制负载型茂金属催化剂(牌号为LHQ-12),在反应压力为1 MPa,反应温度为(83±2)℃,反应时间为2 h的条件下,采用淤浆聚合法制备了聚乙烯。结果表明,LHQ-12与进口催化剂相比,粒径分布相似,聚合活性较高。当最佳氢气质量分数为300×10-6,最佳1-己烯/乙烯(摩尔比)为0.008时,聚合活性可达到4 000 g/g。
Polyethylene was prepared on a home- made supported metallocene catalyst LHQ - 12 by slurry polymerization with ethylene and 1 -hexene as materials at reaction temperature ( 83 ± 2) ℃ , re- action pressure 1 MPa,reaction time 2 h. The results showed that compared with import catalyst, LHQ - 12 had similar particle size distribution and higher polymerization activity. The catalytic activity of the LHQ - 12 reached 4 000 g/g under the optimum con- ditions of the mass fraction of hydrogen 300 x 10-6 and 1 -hexene to ethylene mole ratio 0. 008.
