摘要
职业幸福感是人类在认知和情感上对现在的自我职业状态及周围环境的内在认同,不同的人在不同的环境中体验到的幸福不同,图书馆员对于本身职业幸福感的感受也各不相同,通过不同的工作方式,提高职业幸福感,为高校图书馆的发展做出应有的贡献。
Occupation happiness is the inner emotional cognition of both the present situation of self- consciousness and the environment. The sense of happiness experienced in different environments varies from person to person, librarians being no exception. It is highly necessary for the librarians who are working in colleges and universities to raise their sense of occupation happiness and makes due contributions in the development of library cause through different working modes.
