摘要
随着高校教育、教学改革的不断深化,以及学分制的逐步推进落实,学生自主学习的特征不断凸显,因此传统的以班级作主要育人载体的教育功能正逐渐减弱。而大学生寝室逐步取代传统的班级成为教育管理的主要载体,并发挥着越来越重要的作用。当代大学生以寝室为载体进行互动,从深度上讲是不断加深的,从广度上讲是不断扩大的,从频率上讲是不断增加的。"学生寝室承担的功能逐步趋向多元化,成为了大学生的第一社会、第二家庭和第三课堂"。
With the continuous deepening of college education and teaching reform and the gradual promotion and imple- mentation of credit system, the characteristics of independent learning of students become prominent, so the educational func- tion of class as the traditional main educational carries gradually weaken. And college dormitories have become the main car- tier of education management instead of traditional classes and play a more and more important role. Contemporary college students make interactions taking the dormitories as the carrier, which is continuously deepening from the depth, expanding from the breadth and increasing from the frequency. The functions of student dormitories are diversified and dormitories have become their fn＇st society, second family and the third classroom.
