摘要
团员在青年中占有相当的比例,加强团员意识教育,提高团员素质,显得尤其重要。本文对独立学院团员意识存在的问题进行分析,从完善自身组织建设、党团共建、树立典型、加强社会实践等方面对团员意识教育提出了对策及建议。
League members account for a large proportion in youth, so to strengthen the education of league membership awareness and to improve the quality of league members is pretty significant. The article makes an analysis of the existing problems of league membership awareness in independent colleges and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from perfecting the organizational construction, jointly constructing the party and the league, establishing the typical models and enhancing social practices.
