摘要
从古至今许多典故书籍都谈论过关于教师道德规范的作用和必要性,正因如此随之而来的也伴随着整个中国教育历史的进程和发展。在这个发展的过程中,屡见不鲜地看到人们总结出自己在教师岗位上的工作成果,却开始慢慢忽略在这个行业中一直无形规范我们的教师道德问题。本文将浅谈教师道德的建设从哪几个方面着手,通过论证总结出新时期的教师道德建设如何更好地发挥它无形的作用。
Many allusions and books talked about the role and necessity of teachers＇ ethics from the ancient times to the present, thus the process and development of the whole Chinese education history followed. In the process of development, we often see teachers summarize their working achievements in the teaching but they gradually ignore the invisible norms of tea- chers＇ moral problems. The article will discuss from which several aspects to carry out teachers＇ moral construction and summarize how to better play its invisible role on the teachers＇ moral construction in new times through the arguments.
