摘要
通过对荆门市中小学教师参加体育锻炼情况的调查,分析影响教师参加体育锻炼的主要因素,为荆门市中小学教师参与体育锻炼提供建议,为加强教师队伍的全民健身工作提供一定的依据。
By investigating the situation of teachers of primary and secondary school in Jingmen city participating in physical exercise, this paper analyzes the main factors that influence teachers＇ participation in physical exercise, to provide suggestions for the teachers participating in physical exercise, and provide a certain basis to strengthen the national fitness work of teachers.
