摘要
运用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法对贵州省社会体育指导员队伍建设中存在的问题进行分析,进一步阐述了贵州省对社会体育指导员的需求情况、高等学校培养社会体育指导员的意义和优势,指出了贵州省高等学校培养社会体育指导员是可行的,并试探提出高等学校培养社会体育指导员的可行性对策。
Using documentary data and logical analysis methods , the problems existing in the social sports instructor team construction in Guizhou province are analyzed, the author further elaborates the situation, the demand for social sports instructors ,the significance and advantages of cultivating the social sports instructors in Guizhou colleges and universities, points out the cultivation of social sports instructors in colleges and universities is feasible in Guizhou, and puts forward institutions of higher learning to develop social sports instructors, and the feasible
