摘要
《资本论》为现实的社会主义经济发展提供的指导思想，不仅是其关于社会主义经济特征的 论述，更为重要的是其一般经济理论。其一般经济理论最重要的是市场经济理论、尽管《资本 论》是在资本主义经济形式中阐述市场经济理论的。其中的许多理论在抽去资本主义经济关系的 规定性后，对现阶段的社会主义经济的指导作用也非常明显。《资本论》中所概括的与资本一般和 市场经济一般相关的经济范畴及其规律仍然可以分析当前的经济关系。虽然我国尚处于社会主义 初级阶段是由较低的生产力水平决定的，但当前所发展的生产力应该以先进的社会生产力为标 准。在这样的条件下我们所讲的代表先进社会生产力的就不能局限于《资本论》中所描述的机器 大工业水准，应该以现阶段发达国家所达到的生产力水平作为先进社会生产力的参照系。我们特 别要注意到２０世纪末，美国等发达国家依靠其以信息技术为代表的高科技的发展，进入了新经济 时代，新经济是对信息经济、网络经济、数字化经济的概括，这种新经济可以成为当前先进社会 生产力的参照系。随着社会主义初级阶段和社会主义市场经济的确认，公有制经济特别是国有经 济中的资本概念也得到了确认。现在的问题是要依据马克思在《资本论》中阐述的资本理论寻求 提高国?
The guiding ideotlogy provided in' Das Kapital' for the development of socialist economy includes not only its exposition of the features of socialist economy but also its general economic theories the most important of which is that of market economy. Although ' Das Kipital' explains the theory of market ecomony in the framework of capitalist economy. many of the ideas, even with the restriction of the capitalist economic relations, still have strong guiding power in the present socialist economy. The economic category and its laws generalized in ' Das kapital' in relation to capital and market economy can still be applied in the analysis of current economic relations. The fact that China is still on the initial stage of socialism is determined by the comparatively low level of productive force; however, the advanced level of productive force should be the standard for developing the current productive force. Thus, the productive force repesenting advanced society as we call it should not be limited to the standard of industrial scale production described in ' Das kapital'. Instead, reference should be made to the level of productive force already obtained in the developed countries as representing advanced society. Special note should be made that to the end of the 20th centuny, the Uniter States and other developed countries entered the new economy era with the help of their high technology characterized by information technology. The new economy is a generalization of information economy, internet economy and digitalized economy. This ecomomy can be used as a reference system for current advanced productive force. With the concepts of socialism on initial stage and market economy established, the concept of capital in public - owned economy, especially in state - owned economy is also established. The question now remaining is to find means to enhance the comprehensive benefit of state-owned economy with the help of the theory of capital Marx eatalised in ' Das kipital'.
