摘要
乐山市于2008年将新农合经办管理职能从卫生部门整体移交社会保险经办机构。随之,新农合的经办管理运行机制迈上社保机构业已形成的规范化、科学化运行轨道,新农合信息系统并入人社部门"五险合一"的信息系统上线运行,走出了一条起点高、成本低、投入少、见效快的城乡医保有效整合之路。
The management of New Rural Cooperative Medical System（NRCMS） in Leshan was completely transferred from the Department of Health to Department of Social Insurance in 2008. Subsequently, the management mechanism of the NRCMS has slipped into a more standardised and scientific orbit which has already formed in the Deparment of Social Security. And the information system of NRCMS has been incorporated into that of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, known as Five insurance-in-one, thus creating a new integration path with a high starting point, low cost, small investment and quick effect.
